About the jobThe SeniorBrandManager will play a crucial role in driving the launches of new innovative products, contributing to both strategic and operational marketing activities.
The candidate will benefit from excellent cross-functional exposure and will report to the Innovation and Digitalization Marketing Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Shaping the innovation and new product launch marketing strategy.
???????Developing marketing plans and defining key strategic pillars, supported by the development and promotion of effective communication and marketing materials.
Leading the management of marketing activities, including cycle meeting preparation, business reviews, consolidation of product forecasting, business case preparations, and launch readiness plan preparation and validation in collaboration with the Marketing, Commercial, and Scientific teams.
Preparing briefings, coordinating, and following up with external agencies to develop marketing material and market research.
Leading the brand planning process for healthcare professional (HCP) marketing and direct-to-consumer (DC) activation.
Accompanying the field force to gain insights on how to best support them in their sales journey and identify/test marketing ideas.
Monitoring competitive situations, market trends, and the broader environment, providing information on performance, key competitors, market dynamics, pricing impact, and customer/patient needs for key business reviews and management or regional ad-hoc requests.
Analyzing and understanding market performance of focus products, developing short-term tactics to capture market opportunities in line with strategic pillars.
Actively participating in product development in relation to market needs and opportunities.
Establishing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (UPSA International, Commercial team, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical department, and Finance) as well as external customers (Healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, Consumers, Federal Agency).
Challenging the status quo through new ideas, stakeholder dialogues, and pilots.
Creating a digital identity for the different brands and developing websites, Google Analytics, and Social Media accounts.
About the ideal candidate Master’s degree in marketing, commercial engineering, business economics, finance, or equivalent.
At least years of experience within a marketing role in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability in project management, prioritization, and budgeting.
Good analytical mindset – ability to drive projects based on data.
Passion for marketing and the ability to think strategically, finding the right balance between speed, quality, and risks.
Creative ideas and thinking outside of the box.
Result-driven, good team player with an open communication style.
Courageous and not afraid to raise questions.
Possesses strong strategic and commercial acumen, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a changing environment.
? Good experience with MS Office and Google Analytics.
? Language Skills:
proficiency in English and either French or Dutch.
